Roy Delizia brings to Fairmount more than twenty years of merger and acquisition experience. A large part of his M&A background is built upon his extensive work for two publicly held companies and his work as a private consultant.  Previously, he was a senior vice president with Investec Inc. and its predecessor, PMG Capital Corp.

Experience:
Prior to joining PMG Capital, Roy directed the acquisition function for Hunt Manufacturing, a $300 million consumer products company. He has experience in both domestic and international acquisitions and has been involved in deals ranging in size from less than $2 million to well over $200 million. He has advised clients in the specialty chemical, financial services, defense electronics, avionics, consumer products, digital imaging, telecommunications, software, building products, pharmaceutical, and pharmaceutical services industries.

Education:
Roy Delizia received his M.B.A. from Drexel University, his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University, and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
